Informal:  The Shape, Score & Bake Workshop Experience (3 hours, including Lunch)

Shaping and scoring are fun activities as well as essential practices of the bread baking process. We provide a space for you to explore different ways of shaping and scoring, and get it “in your hands” by practicing on different doughs while empowering you with various techniques. Anyone curious to expand their abilities is welcome, from beginners to avid home bakers. We start by bringing you through the theory and then we move to practicing different techniques, a lunch break, and more practice. Lunch at our cafe is included, as well as a bread you’ll have scored yourself.

  • Is this the right option for me ?
  • Please note, we don’t offer compensation for late cancellations. Read our cancellation policy and the costs for rebooking a workshop.
  • Better suited for people with some bred baking experience who want more practical experience
  • This workshop focuses on hands-on experience rather than theoretical knowledge. If you are interested in learning how to make bread from start to finish, we encourage you to follow a start with bread workshop or a sourdough beginner workshop instead.
  • During the winter months, bring warm clothing.
