The informal Baking Lab Experience: Working and learning in the Bakery – (€95)
Perhaps the most interesting program we offer now. With an average of no more than 2 participants who can co-work with us for an entire day in the bakery. This program gives you the feeling of of what happens in a small circular bakery. Although it is not a formal workshop, there is plenty of room for personal contact, asking questions and informal learning. Food and drinks are included in the price of this more personal experience.

- This is not a formal workshop, but a day of working (and informal learning) in the bakery, usually with space for a maximum of 2 people.
- During the winter months, bring warm clothing.

Have you always been curious about working in a bakery? Are you looking for a special artisanal experience? This is your ticket to the more personal and informal Baking Lab experience. No matter what your level of experience is, you can join us in the proces, learn from our experiments to prevent food waste, our procedures and personal stories. You will participate hands-on in the craft of baking bread, mixing dough, preparing levains, shaping and baking bread in our stone ovens and preparing other dishes that we serve.
- Intended for anyone interested in the process of baking bread and work in a bakery
- Previous bread making experience is desirable and makes the experience more enjoyable
- You will learn to use your senses to guide you through the process of bread baking, and we also make cakes
- Cakes (reducing food waste examples)
- It is a hands-on informal experience, where we learn by doing.
- Food and drinks during the day included
- You will get our starter and flour to take home and continue your bread journey.
