Do you want to learn more about sourdough? This is an intermediate level workshop for anyone who is interested in improving their sourdough skills.
- Intended for home bakers with some experience baking sourdough, who own a sourdough starter, and who potentially attended a beginner sourdough workshop with us (not required).
- Prior experience necessary.
- In this workshop, you will learn how to use your senses during baking to guide you through the process.
- It is a very hands on workshop, working with different steps of the baking process.
