More about the informal Baking Lab experience:
Have you always been curious about working in a bakery? Are you looking for a special artisanal experience? This is your ticket to the more personal and informal Baking Lab experience. No matter what your level of experience is, you can join us in the proces, learn from our experiments to prevent food waste, our procedures and personal stories. You will participate hands-on in the craft of baking bread, mixing dough, preparing levains, shaping and baking bread in our stone ovens. The day starts around 10:00 AM and ends around 5:00 PM. Lunch and drinks are included in the price.
- Intended for anyone interested in the process of baking bread and work in a bakery
- Prior experience is not necessary.
- You will learn to use your senses to guide you through the process of bread baking.
- It is a hands-on informal experience, where we learn by doing.
- Food and drinks during the day included
- You will get our starter and flour to take home and continue your bread journey.
