After its first success A Summer Dinner with Charlotte #2 returns on the 19th September from 19:00 to 22:30, for the last summer menu! The evening involves a 3-course vegetarian spread inspired by Middle Eastern dishes, including the classic Israeli street food; the Sahib. Guests will also be involved in the food preparation whereby they will have a chance to make their own flatbreads. Impression A Summer Dinner with Charlotte #1

Starter:
Labneh stuffed fig with pistachio and honey OR- Vegan yoghurt stuffed fig with pistachio and agave syrup – Vegan option also available
Main:
Sabih – a traditional street food found in Israel. This main is served in a large toasted flatbread filled with fried aubergine, chopped tomato and cucumber salad, roasted chickpeas. With a zhoug dressing, tahini dressing and a vegan tzatsiki inspired yoghurt on top.
Dessert:
Dark chocolate and mango sorbet topped with coconut flakes.
Drinks will be available to purchase at Baking Lab on the evening.
